I hope you are well. My apologies for not coming back with further information on my issue.
Our issue regarding the data not saving to ECC correctly is still ongoing and we haven't managed to find the root cause to the issue. We also do not have any indications in defaultTrace when the issue arises. We have a number scenarios with the issue. Following are some:
1) The content player does not save the data to table "LSOLEARNSCORM_C" but saves the media log to table "LSOLEARNMEDIAT_C".
2) The course status is set to "incomplete" instead of "passed" even though the test score updates to above the pass mark required for the course.
3) The course status and the progress values get reset at the end of assesment after the user closes the window.
Can anyone give us any further pointers that can help us resolve the issue? Thanks a lot for your help.
